洁净化处理城市污泥复配竹炭制备保温砖工艺及其性能研究

    摘要:针对大量的城市污泥,从洁净化工艺出发,制成污泥粉,以制备烧结保温砖,并对其性能进行试验研究。结果表明:m(水泥)∶m(水)∶m(骨料)=1∶0.57∶3.12,污泥掺量为70%时,制备的烧结砖具有良好的力学性能;4%和6%的竹炭掺量制备的保温砖力学性能相近,但掺6%竹炭时所制烧结砖具有良好的保温隔热性能,此时的保温砖耐酸碱盐性能较好,且其放射性符合GB 6566—2010《建筑材料放射性核素限量》的要求。

Study on preparation technology and performance of thermal insulation brick from municipal sludge mixed with bamboo charcoal by cleaning treatment

    Abstract:Aiming at a large number of municipal sludge,this experiment mainly proceeds from the clean technology,makes sludge powder to prepare thermal insulation brick,and carries out experimental research on its performance. The results showed that the sintered bricks based on the quality of cement,water and aggregate(1∶0.57∶3.12) had good mechanical properties when the sludge content was 70%. The physical performances of the thermal insulation bricks prepared with 4% and 6% bamboo charcoal content were approximately the same,but the bamboo charcoal content with 6% had good thermal insulation. At this time,the insulation brick has good resistance to acid and alkali,and meets the requirements of GB 6566—2010 "Limit of Radionuclides for Building Materials".
