既有居住建筑节能改造瓷砖外墙处理分析

    摘要:通过检测既有居住建筑节能改造工程中瓷砖与粘结砂浆的拉伸粘结强度可知,瓷砖是否进行界面处理和粘结砂浆本身的粘结强度是影响拉伸粘结强度的主要因素。未经界面处理的瓷砖与低强度粘结砂浆的拉伸粘结强度很低,外保温墙体易脱落。综合考虑工期和经济成本等因素,在既有居住建筑节能改造时,应对瓷砖进行界面处理或采用高强度的粘结砂浆。

Analysis of ceramic tile external wall treatment in the energy-saving reconstruction of existing residential buildings

    Abstract:In the energy-saving renovation project of existing residential buildings,we test the tensile bond strength of ceramic tiles and bonding mortar. It can be seen from the test results that the main factors affecting the bond strength are whether the ceramic tile is interface treated and the bond strength of the bonding mortar itself. The tensile bond strength of ceramic tile without interface treatment and low-strength bond mortar is very low,and the external insulation wall is easy to fall off. Considering the factors of construction period and economic cost,the ceramic tiles should be treated with interface or using high-strength bonding mortar.
