废弃膨胀聚丙烯基骨料对轻质混凝土力学和热性能的影响研究

    摘要:使用废弃的膨胀聚丙烯(EPP)骨料部分替代天然骨料,制备包含合成凝固无定形SiO2的轻质混凝土。测试了EPP的基本物理力学性能,以压实时间为变量,研究其热传递过程和储热性能。对于28 d和90 d的水养护样品,研究了EPP含量对轻质混凝土力学和热性能的影响。结果表明,掺加EPP骨料的轻质混凝土表现出更好的隔热性能和足够的强度。

Research on the mechanical and thermal properties of lightweight concrete based on waste Expanded Polypropylene aggregate

    Abstract:A portion of the waste Expanded Polypropylene(EPP) aggregate was used to replace the natural aggregate to produce lightweight concrete comprising synthetically solidified amorphous SiO2. For the applied EPP,the basic physical and mechanical properties were measured,and the heat transfer process and heat storage performance were studied with the compaction time as a variable. For 28 d and 90 d water-cured samples,the effect of EPP content on the mechanical and thermal properties of the material was investigated. Lightweight concrete composites incorporating EPP aggregates showed greater thermal insulation and sufficient mechanical strength.
