水性喷涂持粘高分子防水涂料的研制

摘要：详细论述了水性喷涂持粘高分子防水涂料的研制过程，以乳化沥青、丁苯胶乳、高温稳定剂等制成甲组份，以硫酸钠、硫酸、硝酸钙、草酸钙等制成乙组份。甲、乙组份按照一定比例喷涂速凝形成非固化防水层。测试结果表明，涂料凝胶时间小于5 s，耐热性达到150 ℃，剥离强度超过1.5 N/mm，综合性能优良。

Development of water-based spray sticky polymer waterproof coating

Abstract：The development process of water-based spray sticky polymer waterproof coating is discussed in detail. Component A is made from emulsified asphalt，styrene butadiene latex，high temperature stabilizer，etc.，Component B is made of sodium sulfate，sulfuric acid，calcium nitrate，calcium oxalate，etc. Components A and B are sprayed with a certain proportion to form a non-curing waterproof layer. The test shows that the gel time of the coating is less than 5 s，the high temperature reaches 150 ℃，the peel strength is over 1.5 N/mm，and the comprehensive performance is excellent.
