适用于水泥混凝土桥加铺薄层罩面的粘层材料优选

    摘要:采用ABAQUS非线性有限元软件计算了不同层厚、超载、刹车工况下的层间横向剪应力、纵向剪应力和层间拉应力,提出了水泥混凝土桥加铺薄层罩面用粘层材料的技术要求,并优选出了适用于水泥混凝土桥加铺薄层罩面的粘层材料。结果表明,不同工况下层间应力变化幅度为:纵向剪应力>横向剪应力>层间拉应力;车辆超载和极端刹车是最不利工况,铺装层厚度对层间力学响应影响较小;提出粘层材料的主要技术要求为:25 ℃条件下的附着力拉拔强度、复合件剪切和拉拔强度分别不小于1.2、0.75、0.4 MPa;优选出了不粘轮乳化沥青粘层材料,其抵抗层间剪应力和拉应力的能力较强,不粘轮性能优异。

Optimum selection of adhesive layer material for thin overlay of cement concrete bridge

    Abstract:The ABAQUS nonlinear finite element software was used to calculate the interlaminar transverse shear stress,longitudinal shear stress and interlaminar tensile stress between layers under different layer thicknesses,overloads,and braking conditions. The technical requirement of the adhesive layer material for the thin cover of cement concrete bridge is put forward and the bonding material suitable for the overlay of cement concrete bridge is selected. The results show that the longitudinal shear stress varies most in different working conditions,followed by the transverse shear stress and interlaminar tension stress,the overloading and extreme braking is the worst working conditions of vehicles,while the layer thickness has the smallest influence to the interlayer mechanical response. The drawing strength of adhesion at 25 ℃,the shear strength and the drawing strength of the composite are not less than 1.2 MPa,0.75 MPa and 0.4 MPa. The non-stick wheel emulsified asphalt sticky layer material is selected,which has a strong ability to resist interlayer shear stress and tensile stress,and has excellent non-stick wheel performance.
