长九灰岩矿机制砂配制高性能混凝土试验研究

    摘要:以长九灰岩矿机制砂石配制高性能混凝土试验作为研究基础,原材料试验结果表明,长九灰岩矿机制砂与天然砂性质相当;进行了水胶比与强度关系试验,结果表明,水胶比在0.35时所配制的混凝土28 d强度可满足C50混凝土要求。通过选定的合理配合比研究了长九机制砂配制混凝土的拌合物性能、力学性能和耐久性能,经测试长九灰岩矿机制砂与天然砂所配制的混凝土性能相近,和易性更好,混凝土成本更低。

Experimental study on preparation of high performance concrete with Changjiu limestone mine machined sand

    Abstract:Based on the experiment of high performance concrete made of limestone mine Changjiu machined sand and gravel. Experiments show that the properties of limestone mine Changjiu machined sand are similar to those of natural sand. Then the relationship between water-binder ratio and strength was tested. It was concluded that the 28 d strength of concrete prepared at the water-binder ratio of 0.35 can meet the C50 requirement. Finally,through the selected reasonable mix ratio,the mixing properties,mechanical properties and durability of concrete made of Changjiu machined sand were studied. It was concluded that the performance of concrete prepared by limestone mine Changjiu machined sand was similar to the natural sand,and the workability was better,and the cost of concrete was lower.
