花岗岩机制砂需水性能的评价方法研究

摘要：分别采用机制砂MB值、石粉流动度比和机制砂需水量比等指标，测试评价不同含泥量、不同石粉含量的花岗岩机制砂需水性能。结果表明，相比MB值，石粉流动度比和机制砂需水量比对花岗岩机制砂需水性能的评价更为快速有效，并通过混凝土流动性能试验进一步验证了所提出评价方法的准确性。

Study on evaluation method of water requirement performance of granite artificial sand

Abstract：In this paper，methylene blue（MB） value，fluidity ratio of rock fines and water requirement ratio of artificial sand were used to test and evaluate the water requirement performance of granite artificial sand with different mud content and different stone powder content. The results showed that the fluidity ratio and water requirement ratio were more rapid and effective than MB value. And the article further verified the correctness of the evaluation method by testing the workability of fresh concrete.
