粒化高炉矿渣粉改性瓷砖背胶的性能研究

    摘要:研究了粒化高炉矿渣粉改性瓷砖背胶在不同龄期、养护条件、晾置时间下的拉伸粘结强度。结果表明,改性瓷砖背胶的拉伸粘结强度在浸水、冻融循环和热老化条件下,随着粒化高炉矿渣粉掺量的增加而提高;随着改性瓷砖背胶晾置时间的延长,其拉伸粘结强度降低。SEM分析表明,粒化高炉矿渣粉改性瓷砖背胶较改性前的瓷砖与砂浆的界面更加紧密,但不同养护条件的改性瓷砖背胶聚合物膜在砂浆表面附着的状态不同,其中以热老化条件下最为致密。

Study on properties of granulated blast furnace slag powder modified tile adhesive

    Abstract:In this paper,the bond strength of granulated blast furnace slag powder modified tile adhesive at different ages,curing conditions and open time was studied. The results show that the bond strength of granulated blast furnace slag powder modified tile adhesive increases with the increase of granulated blast furnace granulated blast furnace slag powder under water immersion,freeze-thaw and high temperature conditions. The longer the open time,the lower the bond strength. The SEM analysis shows that the interface between the granulated blast furnace slag powder modified tile backing and the mortar before the modification is more tight,but the modified ceramic tile backing polymer film cured under different environmental conditions has different state of adhesion on the mortar surface. It is most dense under high temperature conditions.
