抑烟除味剂对沥青混合料性能影响评价

    摘要:研发了沥青抑烟除味剂以改善热拌沥青混合料施工环境;选用Superpave-19级配,进行了配合比设计,研究抑烟除味剂对沥青及其混合料性能的影响,并评价了其对沥青烟中有害气体的降解效果。结果表明,添加该抑烟除味剂降低了拌和温度和沥青烟气的排放,同时其沥青及混合料的路用性能均符合现行相关规范要求。

Influence evaluation of gas suppressant on performance of asphalt mixture

    Abstract:Asphalt gas suppressant was developed to improve the construction environment of hot mix asphalt mixture. In this passage,Superpave-19 grade was selected and the mix design was carried out to study the effect of the gas suppressant on the properties of asphalt and asphalt mixture,and its degradation effect on harmful gases in asphalt gas was evaluated. The results show that the addition of gas suppressant deodorant not only reduces the mixing temperature and asphalt flue gas emissions,but also the asphalt and mixture road performance meets the prevailing specifications of hot mix asphalt mixture.
