夹芯保温墙板抗震性能及热力学模拟分析

    摘要:研发了一种抗震且保温性能好的新型陶粒混凝土夹心保温墙板。采用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对陶粒混凝土夹芯保温墙板在低周反复加载情况下的力学及热力学性能进行分析。结果表明:墙板具有较好的抗震性能和耗能能力,并且能保持一定的延性;热力学模拟结果表明,墙板的导热系数较小,其孔洞部位热桥效应明显,力学性能良好,可以满足围护墙板结构的使用要求。

Seismic performance and thermodynamic simulation analysis of sandwich insulation wallboard

    Abstract:A new type of sandwich thermal insulation wallboard with good thermal insulation performance and anti-seismic performance was developed. Using ABAQUS finite element analysis software,the mechanical properties of ceramic concrete sandwich insulation wallboard under low cyclic reversed loading are analyzed,and its thermodynamic properties are analyzed. The results show that the wallboard has good seismic performance and energy dissipation capacity,and can maintain certain ductility. Thermodynamic simulation results show that the heat transfer coefficient of the wallboard is much smaller than that of the existing insulation wallboard,and the thermal bridge effect at the hole is obvious. Generally speaking,the wall panel has good mechanical properties,which can meet the use requirements of the surrounding wall panel structure.
