相变混凝土空心砌块传热性能实验研究

    摘要:以填充相变材料的混凝土空心砌块为对象,采用热箱法对其在夏季气候条件下的传热性能进行实验研究。研究发现,相变材料填充在室内侧比填充在室外侧的效果要好,室内平均温度波幅降低10.0%,室内平均温度降低23.7%,室内平均热流降低12.4%。相变墙体对室内温度和热流衰减与室外环境温度波振幅和室外平均温度有关。室外温度波幅越大、室外平均温度与相变材料的相变温度越接近,相变材料对室内温度和热流的衰减越明显。可以根据不同地区的不同气候温度选择对应相变温度的相变材料,以达到更好的节能效果。

Experiment study on heat transfer process of phase change concrete hollow block

    Abstract:Taking the concrete hollow block filled with phase change material as an object,the heat transfer performance under the climatic conditions in summer was experimentally studied by the hot box method. Studies have found that the effect of filling phase change materials on the indoor side is better than filling on the outdoor side. Compared with the outdoor side,the phase change material filled the indoor side,the average indoor temperature amplitude decreased by 10.0%,the average indoor temperature decreased by 23.7%,and the average indoor heat flow was 12.4% lower. The phase change wall's attenuation of indoor temperature and heat flow is related to the outdoor ambient temperature wave amplitude and outdoor average temperature. The larger the outdoor temperature amplitude,the closer the outdoor average temperature is to the phase change temperature of the phase change material,the more obvious the phase change material is to attenuate the indoor temperature and heat flow. Therefore,phase change materials corresponding to the phase change temperature can be selected according to different climatic temperatures in different regions,which can achieve better energy saving effects.
