改性环氧树脂砂基透水砖性能研究

    摘要:采用偶联剂、石灰石粉、纳米超细氧化物对环氧树脂砂基透水砖进行改性,试验结果表明:不同种类偶联剂对环氧树脂砂基透水砖均有增强作用,偶联剂的最佳用量为树脂质量的5%,石灰石粉和纳米超细氧化物对环氧树脂砂基透水砖具有一定的增强效果;当硅烷偶联剂和纳米SiO2的用量分别为环氧树脂质量的5%、2%,环氧树脂用量为覆膜砂质量的4%时,树脂砂基透水砖的强度和耐磨性能最佳,抗压强度为37.8 MPa,耐磨性为22 mm,此时透水速率为4.3 mL/(min·cm2)。

Study on properties of modified resin sand-based permeable brick

    Abstract:Resin sand-based permeable brick was modified by coupling agent,limestone powder and nano-fine oxide. The results show that different kinds of coupling agents can enhance the strength of resin sand-based permeable bricks,the optimum dosage of different kinds of coupling agents is 5% of the weight of the resin. Limestone powder and nano-ultrafine oxide have certain enhancement effect on the strength of resin sand-based permeable bricks. When the dosage of silane coupling agent and nano-SiO2 is 5% and 2% of the mass of epoxy resin respectively,and the dosage of epoxy resin is 4% of the mass of coated sand,the strength and wear resistance of resin sand-based permeable bricks are the best. Compressive strength is 37.8 MPa,wear resistance is 22 mm,and the permeation rate is 4.3 mL/(min·cm2).
