不同养护制度下矿渣加气混凝土性能差异及微观形貌分析

    摘要:分析了不同养护制度对矿渣加气混凝土物理性能的影响,并采用SEM分析制品的物理性能与微观结构之间的内在联系。结果表明:标准养护与蒸汽养护条件下生成少量的Ca(OH)2、双碱C-S-H凝胶、片状托勃莫来石(少量或没有)等形成层状的硅酸凝胶,造成制品内部存在大量的孔洞、连通孔、孔结构间隙、微裂缝等缺陷;蒸压条件下,水化与水热反应充分,晶胶配比合理,在孔外壁生成大量单碱C-S-H和高结晶度的柳叶状托勃莫来石,孔内壁有托勃莫来石支撑,将“零密度”的孔形成封闭的“刚性球”,优化孔结构,增加无害孔、减小微裂缝;不同养护制度下制品的各类性能,以蒸压条件下最好,蒸汽条件下次之,标准养护条件下最差。

The analysis of performance's differences and microstructures of slag aerated concrete under different curing systems

    Abstract:The differences in physical performance of slag aerated concrete under different curing systems are analyzed and the inner relationship between the products's physical performances and microstructures is revealed by SEM. Results show that:Under standard and steam curing systems,a small amount of Ca(OH)2,double alkali C-S-H gel,flaky tobermorites(just a small
amount or even no) is formed into a layered silicic acid gel,resulting in a large amount of internal holes,connecting holes,pore structure gaps and micro cracks,etc.. Under autoclaved curing conditions,the hydration and hydrothermal reaction are sufficient,and the ratio of crystal glue is reasonable. A large amount of mono-alkali C-S-H and high crystallinity willow-like tobermorites are formed on the outer wall of the pore,and the inner wall of the pore is supported by the tobermorites. The "zero density" hole is formed into a closed "rigid ball" which optimizes the pore structure,increases the harmless pores,and reduces the micro cracks. Under autoclaved curing system the performances of products are the best,under steam curing system second best,and under standard curing system the worst.
