一种高负氧离子释放内墙饰面板的制备及应用研究

    摘要:在水性聚氨酯涂料中加入负氧离子粉和纳米二氧化硅粉体,制备了一种高负氧离子释放面层涂料,再将负氧离子涂料喷涂到柔性底材上获得内墙饰面板块,其负氧离子释放量为24 700 个/cm3,光泽度可达30°,平整度小于2 mm。由于纳米二氧化硅在水性涂料中形成溶胶,在涂料成膜过程中失去水分,形成气孔和多个催化反应位点,催生大量负氧离子,消除了致密的聚氨酯涂膜对负氧离子的屏蔽影响。工程应用结果表明,该饰面板在房间的负氧离子释放浓度最高达29 375 个/cm3,最低为2371 个/cm3;温度和光线对负氧离子释放影响很大,温度越高、光线辐射越强,负氧离子释放量越多;空气流动会带走负氧离子,使其浓度降低。

Preparation and application of a high negative oxygen ion release interior wall decorative plate

    Abstract:By adding nano-silica powder and negative oxygen ion powder to the waterborne polyurethane coating,a high negative oxygen ion release,surface layer was prepared. Then the negative oxygen ion coating is sprayed onto the flexible base plate,and the interior wall decorative plate was made. The release of negative oxygen ions was 24 700 pcs/cm3,the gloss can reach 30°,and the flatness was less than 2 mm. Since the nano-silica formed a sol in the water-based paint and the water evaporated during the film formation process,the pores and multiple catalytic reaction sites were formed,generating a large amount of negative oxygen ions and eliminating the shielding effect of dense polyurethane coating film on negative oxygen ions. The engineering application results showed that the concentration of negative oxygen ions of the decorative plate in the room can reach up to 29 375 pcs/cm3 and the lowest was 2371 pcs/cm3. There was a great influence of temperature and light on the release of negative oxygen ions. The higher temperature and stronger radiation of light,the higher release of negative oxygen ions. The higher oxygen flow will take away the negative oxygen ions and reduce its concentration.
