一种热带地区板式转换层大体积混凝土的制备与应用研究

摘要：由于马来西亚建筑业发展相对落后，部分建材物资匮乏，缺乏配制高强混凝土的优质掺合料（当地粉煤灰稀缺，导致矿粉用量较高）和外加剂等产品。通过在国标体系下混凝土的原料、配比技术研究，开发了一种矿物掺合料掺量为65%的C50板式转换层大体积混凝土，通过在马来西亚富力公主湾项目的实际应用，形成热带区域板式转换层大体积混凝土制备板式转换层的关键技术，为在类似气候和地理位置的板式转换层混凝土制备和施工，提供了实验数据和施工经验。

Study on preparation and application of a kind of transfer-layer mass concrete in tropical area

Abstract：Due to the backward development of construction industry in Malaysia，some building materials are in short supply，and there are not enough high quality admixtures（the rare of local fly ash leads to high consumption of mineral powder），additives and other products for producing high-strength concrete. By studying the raw material and mixing technology of concrete under national standard system，developed a kind of C50 slab transfer-layer mass concrete with mineral admixture dosage of 65%. Through the practical application of Fuli Princess Bay project in Malaysia，the key technology for preparing slab transfer-layer with mass concrete in tropical zone was formed，providing experimental data and construction experience for the preparation and construction of slab transfer-layer concrete in similar climates and geographical locations.
