钙镁复合膨胀技术在城市轨道交通工程中的应用

    摘要:地下车站主体结构混凝土开裂渗漏是城市轨道交通工程建设的顽疾,尤其是侧墙结构。采用环境模拟箱研究了实际温度历程下CaO与MgO膨胀组分对混凝土早期变形性能的影响。结果表明:复合掺入4%CaO与4%活性(110±10) s MgO可使混凝土温升阶段膨胀变形较基准混凝土增大约82%,温降阶段收缩变形较基准混凝土减小约17%。基于钙镁复合膨胀技术制备低收缩、高抗裂混凝土并用于无锡地铁4号线某地下车站主体结构侧墙施工,显著降低了其收缩变形与开裂风险,实施效果良好。

Application of Cao-MgO compound expansion technology in urban railway traffic engineering

    Abstract:Cracking and seepage of underground station main structure concrete is a serious problem in urban railway traffic engineering,especially sidewall structure. An experimental investigation was carried out to research the effect of CaO and MgO expansion components on the early deformation of concrete under actual temperature history by using the environment simulation test chamber. The results indicated that expansion deformation of concrete at temperature rise stage increased about 82% meanwhile shrinkage deformation at temperature fall stage decreased about 17% compared with reference concrete by the composite addition of 4% CaO and 4% MgO with(110±10) s activity. Low shrinkage and high crack-resistance concrete which was prepared based on the Cao-MgO compound expansion technology has been applied in the sidewall structure construction of an underground station of Wuxi No.4 metro line,which decreased concrete shrinkage deformation and cracking risk obviously. Its application has acquired good results.
