晶须增强混凝土抗冻性能及孔隙结构特性试验研究

    摘要:研究了晶须增强混凝土抗冻性能及其孔隙结构特性的影响。结果表明,随晶须掺量增加,混凝土质量损失率先减小后增大,相对动弹性模量和抗压强度均先提高后降低;随冻融循环次数增大,冻融循环产生的温度应力和膨胀应力导致晶须与混凝土基体疲劳损伤,降低了晶须的桥连作用,不同晶须掺量混凝土抗压强度差异趋于减小;不同晶须掺量混凝土孔隙均呈双峰分布型式,峰值对应的孔径介于5~20 nm和50 nm~10 μm,随晶须掺量增加,孔径介于5~20 nm范围峰值基本保持不变,而孔径介于50 nm~10 μm范围峰值先增大后减小。晶须掺量1%是其性能的转折点。

Experimental study on frost resistance and pore structure characteristics of whisker reinforced concrete

    Abstract:The frost resistance and pore structure of whisker reinforced concrete were studied. The results show that with the increase of whisker content,the mass loss of concrete first decreases and then increases,and the relative dynamic modulus of elasticity and compressive strength first increases and then decreases;with the increase of freeze-thaw cycles,the temperature stress and expansion stress produced by freeze-thaw cycles lead to fatigue damage between whisker and concrete matrix,which reduces the bridging effect of whisker,and the difference of compressive strength of concrete with different whisker content tends to be reduced. The pore size of concrete with different whisker content shows a double peak distribution pattern. The pore size corresponding to the peak value ranges from 5~20 nm and 50 nm~10 μm. with the increase of whisker content,the peak value of the pore size ranges from 5~20 nm remains basically unchanged,while the peak value of the pore size ranges from 50 nm~10 μm increases first and then decreases. 1% whisker is the turning point of its properties.
