防开裂面层沥青混合料的抗冻性能研究

摘要:以石灰石矿粉、玄武岩碎石及AH-90沥青为原材料制备防开裂面层沥青混合料,测试了防开裂面层沥青混合料在不同冻融循环次数下的空隙率、吸水率以及疲劳寿命。试验结果表明,随冻融次数增加,防开裂面层沥青混合料的空隙率和吸水率增大,抗冻性能降低;冻融循环次数越多,试件的水平位移越大,疲劳寿命越短,抗冻性能越差。

Research on frost resistance of anti-cracking asphalt mixture

Abstract:The asphalt mixture for anti cracking surface course was prepared with limestone powder,basalt gravel and AH-90 asphalt as raw materials. The void ratio,water absorption and fatigue life of the asphalt mixture for anti cracking surface course were tested under different freeze-thaw cycles. The test results show that with the increase of freeze-thaw times,the voidage and water absorption of the asphalt mixture for anti cracking surface layer increase,and the frost resistance decreases. The greater the number of freeze-thaw cycles,the greater the horizontal displacement of the specimen,the shorter the fatigue life,and the worse the frost resistance.
