酰胺类聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能评价

    摘要:以聚丙烯酸(PAA)和单胺基聚醚(M1000)为原料,利用正交试验对酰胺化反应参数进行了优化,合成了一系列酰胺类聚羧酸减水剂。使用凝胶渗透色谱、红外吸收光谱对减水剂进行了表征,通过水泥净浆、混凝土和表面张力测试对酰胺类减水剂进行了性能评价。结果表明:酰胺化反应时间和温度对M1000的转化率影响较大,在优化条件下,M1000的转化率能达到97%左右;酰胺类聚羧酸减水剂不仅能改善混凝土的流动性能,而且具有类似于酯型聚羧酸减水剂的减水和保坍效果。

Synthesis and performance evaluation of polycarboxylate superplasticizers containing amide groups

    Abstract:Polycarboxylate superplasticizers(PCEs) containing amide groups were synthesized by polyacrylic acid(PAA) and amino polyether(M1000),the parameters of amidation were optimized by orthogonal test. The structure of PCEs were confirmed by gel permeation chromatography(GPC) and infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR). The performance evaluation of PCEs containing amide groups was carried out through cement paste,concrete and surface tension tests. As the results indicated,the time and temperature of amidation reaction showed more influence on the conversion of amino polyether,under optimum conditions,the conversion of amino polyether could reach up to 97%. In concrete test,the PCEs containing amide groups enhanced the flow speed of concrete,and displayed similar slump retention ability with PCEs containing ester groups.
