复合胶凝材料掺量对疏浚土免烧裹壳骨料性能的影响

    摘要:以太湖疏浚土为原料,采用免烧法制备疏浚土免烧裹壳骨料(WSLAs),研究了核相复合胶凝材料掺量对WSLAs筒压强度、吸水率、泥浆化反应和抗冻性的影响。通过SEM、XRD对WSLAs的微观形貌结构和晶型进行表征,并研究了核相复合胶凝材料掺量对WSLAs性能的影响。结果表明,核相复合胶凝材料掺量为10%时,WSLAs的筒压强度为7.35 MPa,25次冻融循环后质量损失率为13.70%,1 h吸水率为9.11%,符合GB/T 17431.1—2010《轻集料及其试验方法 第1部分:轻集料》的要求。

The influence of different dosage of composite cementitious materials on the properties of unburned wrapped shell aggregate in dredged sediment

    Abstract:Dredged sediment unburned wrapped shell aggregates(WSLAs),which utilized the sediment of Taihu Lake as raw material were manufactured in an unburned process. The effects of different content of core phase composite cementitious materials on the compressive strength,water absorption,mud reaction and frost resistance of WSLAs were investigated. SEM and XRD were used to characterize the microstructure and crystal shape of WSLAs,respectively,and the influence of different dosage of core phase composite cementitious material on the performance of WSLAS was studied. The results showed that as the content of the mixture upon 10%,the compressive strength reached 7.35 MPa,the aggregate loss rate was 13.70% after 25 times freeze-thaw cycle,and the water absorption rate was 9.11% after 1 h water absorption,and above all met the national standard GB/T 17431.1—2010 "Lightweight aggregates and its test methods- Part 1:Lightweight aggregates".
