新型超早强快速修复材料的制备及路用性能研究

    摘要:通过复配胶凝材料以及调整配合比开发出一种新型超早强快速修复材料,研究了新型超早强修复材料高温稳定性能、低温抗裂性能、水稳定性和抗冻性能。结果表明,固定乳化沥青用量为12%时,随水泥用量增多,修复材料高温稳定性能和抗冻性能越好;为保证修复材料抗低温抗裂性能不显著降低,建议水泥用量不超过12%。

Study on preparation and road performance of rapid repair material with ultra early strength

    Abstract:This study developed a new type of ultra early strength and rapid repairing material by compounding cementitious materials and adjusting the mix ratio,and studied the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance,water stability and frost resistance of the new type of ultra early strength repairing materials. The results show that when the dosage of the emulsified asphalt is 12%,with the increase of the amount of cementitious materials,the high temperature stability and frost resistance of the repair materials are better;In order to ensure that the low temperature crack resistance of the repair material is not significantly reduced,it is recommended that the amount of cemented material does not exceed 12%.
