养护条件对改性干粉砂浆影响的研究

    摘要:研究了不同养护环境条件对纤维素醚改性干粉砂浆力学性能、粘结抗拉性能及物理性能的影响。结果表明:养护环境对纤维素醚改性干粉砂浆的力学性能有较大影响,随着纤维素醚掺量的增加,抗压强度逐渐降低,但通过改善养护环境可有效降低纤维素醚对砂浆力学性能的劣化,纤维素醚改性砂浆的最佳养护条件为温度(20±3) ℃、相对湿度(95±3)%中养护24 h,然后再置于温度(20±3) ℃、相对湿度(65±3)%中养护;养护环境对纤维素醚改性砂浆粘结抗拉强度的影响低于基准砂浆,纤维素醚的添加降低了砂浆对养护环境的敏感性,在相对干燥的环境中,纤维素醚改性砂浆的粘结抗拉强度明显高于未改性的砂浆;养护环境对砂浆内部含水率影响较大;随纤维素醚掺量的增加,体积密度下降,含水率变化不明显。

Study on influence of curing way on modified mortar

    Abstract:The effects of different curing environmental conditions on the mechanical properties,bond tensile properties and physical properties of cellulose ether modified dry powder mortar were studied. The test results show that the changes in the curing environment have a greater impact on the mechanical properties of cellulose ether-modified dry powder mortar. As the amount of cellulose ether increases,the compressive strength value decreases gradually,but improving the corresponding curing environmental conditions can effectively reduce the degradation of the mortar's mechanical properties by cellulose ether. The best curing conditions for cellulose ether modified mortar are curing at a temperature of (20±3) ℃ and relative humidity of(95±3)% for 24 hours,and then placing it at a temperature of (20±3) ℃ and relative humidity (65±3)%;the effect of curing environment change on the bond tensile strength of cellulose ether modified mortar is lower than the standard mortar. The addition of cellulose ether reduces the sensitivity of the mortar to the curing environment,in a relatively dry environment,the bond tensile strength of cellulose ether modified mortar is significantly higher than that of unmodified mortar;changes in the curing environment have a greater impact on the internal moisture content of the mortar. With the increase of cellulose ether content,the bulk density index decreased significantly,and the moisture content index did not change significantly.
