新型蒸压加气混凝土复合板抗弯性能研究

    摘要:为研究新型蒸压加气混凝土(AAC)复合板的抗弯性能,对8块AAC复合板与2块AAC普通板进行了四分点加载试验。结果表明,内置100、120 mm厚岩棉板的复合板开裂弯矩较普通板提高20.99%~35.04%;AAC复合板的跨中挠度随内置岩棉板厚度的增加而增大,部分大于普通板的跨中挠度,且大部分AAC复合板发生弯剪破坏。按照普通配筋混凝土板开裂弯矩的计算方法,AAC复合板的开裂弯矩较试验值低,相对误差为19.13%~57.36%,将岩棉板的厚度作为影响因素纳入AAC复合板开裂弯矩计算中,修正其计算方法,经验证,修正后方法的计算值与试验值吻合度较好,可应用于此类AAC复合板开裂弯矩的计算。

Study on bending performance of composite autoclaved aerated concrete slabs

    Abstract:To study the bending performance of the composite autoclaved aerated concrete(AAC) slabs,static load tests were carried out on 8 composite AAC slabs and 2 ordinary AAC slabs. The results show that,the cracking moment of the composite AAC slabs with 100 mm and 120 mm thick rock wool boards are 20.99%~35.04% better than the ordinary AAC slabs. The mid-span deflection of the composite AAC slabs increases with the increase of the thickness of the built-in rock wool boards,and some are larger than that of the ordinary AAC boards. Most new composite AAC slabs undergo bending shear failure. According to the calculation method of cracking moment of ordinary reinforced concrete slabs,the cracking moments of composite AAC slabs are lower than the experimental values,and the relative error is between 19.13%~57.36%. Due to the built-in rock wool boards of the composite AAC slabs,the factor,the thickness of rock wool board,is included in the calculation of the crack moment of the composite AAC slabs,and the modified method is verified that the calculated values of the modified method agrees well with the experimental values and can be applied to the calculation of the cracking moment of this kind of composite AAC slabs.
