碳化对蒸压灰砂砖性能的影响研究

    摘要:制备了蒸压灰砂砖,并利用碳化装置对蒸压灰砂砖制品进行碳化处理。采用XRD、SEM、压汞等测试方法,通过比较未碳化蒸压灰砂砖和碳化蒸压灰砂砖在矿物组分、微观结构和形貌等方面的变化,研究分析这些变化对制品力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,蒸压灰砂砖在经过碳化作用后,制品内部矿物组分、微观结构和形貌发生较大变化,制品力学性能也得到了改善。

Explore the impact of carbonization on the properties of autoclaved lime sand brick

    Abstract:In this paper,autoclaved lime sand brick was prepared and the autoclaved lime sand brick product was carbonized by using a carbonization device. This article uses XRD,SEM,mercury intrusion and other modern material analysis methods to compare the changes in mineral composition,microstructure and morphology of uncarbonized autoclaved lime sand bricks and carbonized autoclaved lime sand bricks,to analyze the effects of these changes on the mechanical properties of the product. The research results show that after autoclaving lime sand bricks undergo carbonization,the internal mineral composition,microstructure and morphology of the products have changed greatly,and the mechanical properties of the products have also been improved.
