真空绝热一体化板的性能及在建筑上的应用

    摘要:介绍了一种建筑外墙外保温用真空绝热一体化板及其施工工艺,对其真空绝热保温材料的芯材、膜材及稳定性能进行分析,并对该板材的耐候性进行了测试。将其应用到建筑外墙外保温示范工程上,对其建筑节能效果进行了初步评价。该板材采用粘锚结合的安装方式,组成的真空绝热一体化板外墙保温系统耐候性和抗风压性能优异。

The performance of vacuum insulation integrated board and its application in architecture

    Abstract:A vacuum insulation integrated board for building exterior wall insulation and its construction process are introduced. The core material,membrane material and stability of vacuum insulation material are analyzed. Moreover,the weatherability of the integrated board is tested. Furthermore,this vacuum insulation integrated boards are applied to external thermal insulation systems and its energy-saving effect of the building is evaluated preliminarily. The board adopts the installation method of bonding and anchoring,and the prepared vacuum insulation integrated board for external wall insulation system has excellent weather resistance and wind pressure resistance.
