尾砂和煤矸石制备闭孔泡沫陶瓷的导热性能研究

    摘要:以尾砂、煤矸石为主要原料,采用发泡法制备闭孔泡沫陶瓷。随着泡沫陶瓷密度从0.15 g/cm3增加至0.55 g/cm3,产品的导热系数从0.06 W/(m·K)增大到0.20 W/(m·K),相应的抗压强度从0.3 MPa提高到15.2 MPa。发泡陶瓷产品具有球形闭气孔,气孔分布较均匀,光滑内孔壁上析出了长条状不规则排列的晶体Mg2Al4Si5O18。

The thermal conductivity properties of closed foam ceramic prepared by tailings and coal gangue

    Abstract:Using tailings and coal gangue as main raw materials,closed foam ceramic was fabricated by foaming method. With the increasing of density from 0.15 g/cm3 to 0.55 g/cm3,thermal conductivity and compressive strength of foam ceramic increased from 0.06 W/(m·K) to 0.20 W/(m·K),and 0.3 MPa to 15.2 MPa,respectively. The distribution of closed pores with sphere for product was more uniform,many long strips of crystals on Mg2Al4Si5O18 in irregular arrangement were precipitated from smooth inner wall of the product.
