对超低能耗建筑节点设计的几点思考

    摘要:对16J908-8《被动式低能耗建筑——严寒和寒冷地区居住建筑》图集中节点设计进行分析。从多个角度说明屋面节点中保温层上应增设找平层,保温层中应设置排汽通道并给出排汽道设计建议。阐述了防水隔汽膜的作用,并在此基础上对部分节点设计提出修改建议,包括外保温系统和门窗系统。分析了部分节点在材料使用上的误区,涉及材料相容性和合规性。

Reflect on the joints design of ultra-low energy consumption buildings

    Abstract:This paper reflect on the joints design of "Passive low-energy buildings-residential buildings in severe cold and cold areas"(16J908-8). It is explained from many angles that the leveling layer should be added to the insulation layer of the roof joints design,the exhaust passage should be set in the insulation layer,and the design suggestions for the exhaust passage had be given. The function of waterproof vapor barrier had been stated,and on this basis,puts forward some modification suggestions for the design of some joints,including external insulation system and door and window system. Some misunderstandings in the use of materials are analyzed,involving the compatibility and compliance of materials.
