加荷速度和试样尺寸对石墨模塑聚苯板熔结性测试结果的影响

    摘要:熔结性是衡量聚苯颗粒之间粘结强度的一项重要指标,采用2种密度的石墨聚苯板,以三点弯曲试验测试了断裂弯曲负荷和弯曲变形2个指标。试验结果表明:加荷速度会对试样的断裂弯曲负荷和弯曲变形测试结果造成一定影响,但不同密度石墨板的结果随加荷速度的变化趋势不完全一致;尺寸对试样断裂弯曲负荷和弯曲变形测试结果的影响符合理论依据,采用250 mm×100 mm×20 mm尺寸试件较120 mm×25 mm×20 mm尺寸试件测试获得的断裂弯曲负荷和弯曲变形值更大。

Effect of loading speed and sample size on test results of fusion performance of graphite molded plates

    Abstract:The fusion performance is an important index to measure the bond strength between polystyrene particles. In this paper, two kinds of density graphite polystyrene plates are chosen as experiment materials,and the three-point bending test is used as the test method to test the fracture bending load and bending deformation. The test results show that the loading speed affects the fracture bending load and bending deformation test results of the sample,to a lesser extent. The results of different density graphite plates are not completely consistent with the varies of loading speed. The influence of the sample size on the test results of fracture bending load and the bending deformation are in line with the theoretical basis. The fracture bending load and the bending deformation obtained by the size of 250 mm×100 mm×20 mm are larger compared with the size of 120 mm×25 mm×20 mm.
