装配式建筑外墙嵌缝用密封胶耐老化性能研究

    摘要:分别采用硅酮(SR)密封胶、聚氨酯(PU)密封胶、改性硅酮(MS)密封胶制备试件,并分别进行自然曝露老化、热老化、紫外老化及人工气候老化试验,考察不同老化条件对密封胶物理性能的影响。通过用热重(TG)分析、动态热机械(DMA)分析和体积溶胀试验,对老化后的密封胶进行表征,分析了不同结构密封胶的老化机理。结果表明,不同结构密封胶对老化条件的敏感程度均不相同。SR密封胶对紫外老化最为敏感,PU密封胶对紫外老化和热老化较为敏感,MS密封胶对各老化条件的敏感程度较为接近。

Research of aging properties of sealants for prefabricated building facade panel

    Abstract:Use silicone sealant(SR),polyurethane sealant(PU),modified silicone sealant(MS) to prepare test pieces,and perform natural exposure ageing,heat ageing,ultraviolet ageing,and artificial weathering aging tests respectively to investigate the effects of different aging conditions on physical properties of the sealants. Through thermal gravimetric(TG) analysis,dynamic thermomechanical(DMA) analysis and volume swelling test,the aging sealant was characterized,and the aging mechanism of sealants with different structure was analyzed. The results show that different structural sealants have different sensitivity to aging conditions. SR sealant is most sensitive to UV aging,PU sealant is more sensitive to UV aging and thermal aging,while MS sealant has similar sensitivity to various aging conditions.
