塑料防水板节点连接强度的水压试验研究

    摘要:在聚丙烯塑料防水板中,节点强度是控制防水板连接性能的关键。通过对塑料防水板连接节点进行栓钉和连接板之间的连接强度、连接板和防水板之间的焊缝强度、栓钉螺纹与混凝土之间的粘结强度3组试验,得到了在强度方面的最佳节点形式。以此节点作为主要研究对象进行聚丙烯塑料防水板的水压试验,对水压与节点的应力关系、节点与塑料防水板的受力情况进行分析。同时对试验试件进行有限元模拟研究,得到了在水压作用下模拟值和试验值之间的相应关系。

Hydrostatic test of plastic waterproof board based on joint strength

    Abstract:In polypropylene plastic waterproof board,the joint strength is the key to control the joint performance of the waterproof board. The best joint form in terms of strength was obtained through three groups of tests:the strength of the joint between the stud and the connecting plate,the weld strength between the connecting plate and the waterproof board,and the bond strength between the screw thread and the concrete. With this joint as the main research object,the hydrostatic test of the polypropylene plastic waterproof plate is carried out,and the stress relationship between the water pressure and the joint and the stress of the joint and the plastic waterproof board are analyzed. At the same time,the finite element simulation of the test specimen is carried out and the relationship between the simulated value and the tested value is obtained under the action of water pressure.
