SBS改性沥青防水卷材耐久性实验研究

    摘要:通过对Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型SBS改性沥青防水卷材进行人工加速老化,在不同观测时间点进行耐久性相关性能测试,进而对2种SBS改性沥青卷材的耐久性进行分析。讨论了SBS改性沥青防水卷材特征性能与老化方法之间的关系,特征性能之间的关系,比较了3种人工加速老化方式的实际老化效果。根据实验结果分析,Ⅱ型SBS改性沥青防水卷材相较Ⅰ型的具有更好的耐久性;老化后质量损失率变化与低温极限变化总体呈正相关,但无线性规律;氙灯老化和紫外老化的实际老化效果相近,其老化速率都大于70 ℃的热老化。

Experimental research on durability of SBS modified bituminous waterproof sheet

    Abstract:The durability of SBSⅠandⅡmodified bituminous waterproof sheet is analyzed based on artificially accelerated aging tests and correlated tests on aging samples at different observing times. According to test results,the relationship between the key performance of SBS modified bituminous waterproof sheet and the aging methods are discussed,so are the inner relationship between the performance. At the same time,aging effects of the three artificial accelerated aging methods are compared. According to the analysis of the experimental results, SBSⅡmodified bituminous waterproof sheet has better durability than SBSⅠmodified bituminous waterproof sheet,the change of weight loss is generally positively correlated with the change of low temperature limit of the samples after aging tests,but there is no linear relationship. The aging effects of xenon arc lamp aging and ultraviolet aging are similar,whose aging rate is greater than that of thermal aging at 70 ℃.
