SBS改性防水沥青的微观结构与性能研究

    摘要:研究了SBS对不同种类防水沥青(F80、F150和F300)的微观结构、高低温性能和热老化性能影响,并采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)分析了SBS改性防水沥青的老化机理。结果表明:SBS在高针入度沥青中易形成网络结构,使沥青具有优良的高低温性能。荧光显微镜观察发现,SBS掺量为6%时,在沥青中开始形成网络结构,掺量为9%时,形成了完善的网络结构。相比F80和F150,SBS改性F300防水沥青具有最优的高低温性能和耐老化性能。FTIR分析表明,在热老化过程中,SBS中的C=C含量减少,C=O含量增多,表明SBS发生了降解与氧化。

Investigation of microstructure and properties of SBS modified waterproof asphalt

    Abstract:Effects of SBS on the microstructure,high and low temperature properties as well as thermal aging performance of different kinds of waterproof asphalt(F80,F150 and F300) were investigated. The aging mechanism of SBS modified waterproof asphalt was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR). The results indicated that SBS is easy to form network structure in high penetration asphalt,which makes the asphalt have excellent high and low temperature performance. The fluorescence microscope founded that the network structure began to form in asphalt when the SBS content was 6%,and the network structure was more perfect when the SBS content was 9%. SBS modified F300 has the best high and low temperature performance and aging resistance performance compared with SBS modified F80 and F150. FTIR showed that the content of C=C bond in SBS decreased and the content of C=O increased,which indicated that SBS was degraded and oxidized during the thermal aging process.
