新疆地区机场跑道混凝土超长龄期性能分析研究

    摘要:试验选取20世纪70、80年代新疆某地区机场跑道不同部位混凝土试样,研究了在自然环境中,跑道混凝土超长龄期力学和耐久性能变化,并进行了微观机理分析。力学试验结果显示,70年代飞机滑行跑道处的混凝土强度明显低于80年代,且70年代混凝土强度分布不均匀,抗压破坏形态偏差大,这主要是由于历经40~50年后水泥水化结晶相连,形成片层状,骨料与结晶间裂缝明显,导致强度下降明显;经历40~50年后,70年代混凝土抗压强度下降20.1%,80年代混凝土抗压强度下降16.4%。能谱分析表明,跑道混凝土表层碳化侵蚀严重,下层硫酸盐侵蚀严重。机场跑道混凝土在设计时应根据工作深度调整耐久性设计指标。

Analysis and research on extra-long age performance of airport runway concrete in Xinjiang area

    Abstract:In the experiment,concrete samples from different parts of a region in Xinjiang airport runway in 1970s and 1980s were selected to study the changes of mechanics and durability of runway concrete in natural environment at ultra-long age,and the micro-mechanism was analyzed. The mechanical test results show that the concrete strength at the taxiway in the 1970s was obviously lower than that in the 1980s,and the concrete strength distribution was uneven in the 1970s,with large deviation of compressive failure form. This is mainly due to the hydration crystallization of cement after 40 to 50 years,forming lamellar structure,and obvious cracks between aggregate and crystallization,resulting in obvious strength reduction. After 40 to 50 years,the compressive strength of concrete decreased by 20.1% in the 1970s and 16.4% in the 1980s. The energy spectrum show that the surface layer is seriously eroded by carbonization and the lower layer is seriously eroded by sulfate. Therefore,the durability design index should be adjusted according to the working depth during the design of airport runway concrete.
