    摘要:研究了微膨胀型防腐剂对水泥混凝土力学性能与耐久性能的影响,其中微膨胀型防腐剂由防腐组分(KS)、微膨胀组分(FQY)、活性矿物掺合料组成。结果表明,随着微膨胀型防腐剂中FQY掺量的增加,砂浆与混凝土的抗压强度先提高后降低。当
m(防腐组分)∶m(矿粉)∶m(粉煤灰)∶m(微膨胀组分)=2∶3∶2∶3时,砂浆的抗压强度与空白组相比显著提高,7 d与28 d砂浆抗压强度比分别为110%、113%;掺微膨胀型防腐剂的混凝土28 d氯离子迁移系数为1.57×10-12 m2/s,达到RCM-Ⅳ等级,且混凝土的抗渗等级不降低;经过150次硫酸盐干湿循环,混凝土抗压强度耐蚀系数为101%,试块质量无损失,具有优异的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。

Effect of micro-expansion preservatives on the durability of cement concrete

    Abstract:The effects of micro-expansion preservatives on the mechanical properties and durability of cement concrete were studied,in which micro-expansion preservatives were composed of anti-corrosion components(KS),micro-expansion components(FQY),and mineral admixtures. The results show that with the increase of FQY doping in micro-expansion corrosion-resistance admixtures,the compressive strength of mortar and concrete first increased and then decreased. When the anti-corrosion components∶mineral powder∶fly ash∶micro-expansion components is 2∶3∶2∶3,mortar compressive strength compared to blank significantly improved,7 d and 28 d mortar compressive strength ratio is 110% and 113%,respectively. Mixed with micro-expansion preservatives in concrete,the chlorine ion migration coefficient of 28 days is 1.57×10-12 m2/s,which reaches RCM-Ⅳ grade,and the anti-penetration grade of concrete is not reduced. After 150 times sulfate dry and wet cycle,the resistance coefficient is 101%,the test block quality is not lost,and has excellent anti-sulfate erosion performance.
