欧洲交通影响最小化的混凝土路面翻修与应用案例

    摘要:采用快硬早强水泥制备新型快硬早强混凝土,在浇筑90 min后抗压强度即可达20 MPa,应用性能及强度、耐久性等都与标准路面混凝土基本相同,因此,使用标准混凝土滑模摊铺机即可铺设这种新型快硬早强混凝土。通过这一技术,可以实现在夜班工作的6 h内完成1000 m2的混凝土路面铺设,可在不影响建筑设施日常服务功能的前提下进行维护和更新。通过使用外加剂,可以调整快硬早强混凝土的和易性与流动性,以适用于不同的环境温度以及常规混凝土的施工要求。主要阐述了快硬早强混凝土搅拌、浇筑和表面处理的技术及其应用,介绍了应用快硬早强混凝土对服役中的路面进行更新翻修的几个实际案例。此外,还介绍了使用卧式双轴搅拌机进行标准配料以及使用移动卡车进行定量配料的工艺。

Replacement of concrete pavements with minimum obstacle for traffic and cases study

    Abstract:The most recent generation of rapid hardening cements allows us to produce rapid hardening concretes,which exceed compressive strength of 20 MPa as early as 90 minutes after placing. It could be shown that application technology,and properties such as strength and durability of this special high-tech rapid hardening concrete are essentially the same as compared with standard pavement concrete. It is possible to use standard concrete slipform pavers for placing this newly developed rapid hardening concrete. This fact allows us today to renew up to 1000 m2 of concrete pavement within a single six-hour overnight work shift,and to maintain and renew infrastructure without really affecting daily service. By using standard concrete admixtures,the workability as well as the open time of this rapid hardening concrete can be adjusted in order to be applicable,independent of ambient temperature and with the same techniques as applied with regular concrete. In this contribution the technology as well as the application from mixing and placing to surface finishing is explained. Several reference projects of pavement renewals,where this type of rapid-hardening concrete was applied under on-going service,are described. In addition,standard batching using horizontal twin shaft mixers as well as volumetric batching using mobile trucks will be briefly described.
