功能型化学外加剂对饰面清水混凝土性能的影响

    摘要:研究了3种功能型化学外加剂(有机硅烷憎水剂、丁苯乳液和高吸水树脂SAP)对C60饰面清水混凝土力学性能、抗裂性能、干燥收缩和抗渗性的影响。结果表明:丁苯乳液有利于提高饰面清水混凝土的韧性,表现为提高抗折强度和折压比,但抑制早期抗压强度的发展。3种外加剂均能降低饰面清水混凝土的干燥收缩,提高早期抗开裂性能,表现为收缩率、单位面积上的总开裂面积和裂纹的平均面积降低。吸水率和电通量结果表明:有机硅烷更有利于提高饰面清水混凝土的抗渗性能。

Effects of functional chemical admixtures on the properties of fair-faced concrete

    Abstract:Effects of three chemical admixtures including organosilane polymer,styrene-butadiene emulsion copolymer and super-absorbent polymer(SAP) on mechanical,crack resistance,drying shrinkage and impermeability properties of fair-faced concrete(C60) were investigated. Results show that styrene-butadiene emulsion copolymer improved the toughness of the concrete,indicated from increasing flexural strength and flexural/compressive ratio. However,the copolymer decreased the compressive strength at early age. The three admixtures reduced drying shrinkage,the total cracking area per unit area and the average crack area significantly,which suggested the crack resistance of fair-faced concrete was enhanced. Water absorption and electric flux results confirmed that organosilane polymer improved the impermeability of fair-faced concrete.
