马来酸甘油磷酸酯改性型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究

    摘要:以缩水甘油、多聚磷酸、马来酸酐合成的马来酸甘油磷酸酯作为功能单体,与丙烯酸、烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚共聚,同时采用过硫酸铵-双氧水/抗坏血酸的双引发体系作为引发剂,合成单体转化率达95%的聚羧酸减水剂,该减水剂对水泥有良好的吸附分散性能,2 h混凝土坍落度损失小于10%。

Study on synthesis and properties of allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether polycarboxylic superplasticizer

    Abstract:A polycarboxylic superplasticizer with monomer conversion of 95% was synthesized by copolymerization of acrylic acid,allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and glycerophosphate maleate which was synthesized by glycidyl,polyphosphate,maleic anhydride,and ammonium persulfate hydrogen peroxide/ascorbic acid "double initiation system" was employed to initiate the reaction. The polycarboxylic superplasticizer show good adsorption and dispersion performance on cement.The slump loss of concrete is less than 10% in 2 hours.
