不同掺量SBS改性沥青的粘附与愈合性能研究

    摘要:道路沥青的抗水损害性能及耐久性与其粘附及愈合性能息息相关。采用BBS实验对不同掺量SBS改性沥青的粘附性能和愈合性能进行评价。分析了粘附强度、愈合系数与沥青模量、黏度间的关系,建立起粘附强度与SMA沥青混合料水稳定性的关系。实验结果表明,SBS能明显改善基质沥青的粘附强度,粘附强度随SBS掺量的提高而提高,但其粘附愈合性能则随着SBS掺量的提高而减小。沥青粘附强度与复数模量及135 ℃旋转黏度均呈正相关关系,粘附愈合系数与二者呈负相关关系。SBS改性沥青的粘附强度与由其制备的SMA-13沥青混合料的水稳定性指标具有明显正相关关系,采用BBS实验可以准确地对沥青混合料的水稳定性进行预测与评价。

Adhesion and healing properties of SBS-modified asphalt with different dosages

    Abstract:The water damage resistance and durability of SBS-modified asphalt are closely related to its adhesion and healing properties. In this paper,Binder Bond Strength(BBS) test was used to evaluate the adhesion and healing properties of SBS modified asphalt with different dosages. The correlation between the adhesion,healing property and modulus,viscosity of SBS-modified asphalt was analyzed. Finally,the correlation between the adhesive strength of SBS-modified asphalt and the water stability of corresponding SMA asphalt mixture was established. The test results showed that SBS could significantly enhance the adhesive strength of base asphalt. The adhesive strength of SBS-modified asphalt increased with the increase of SBS dosage but the healing property decreased with the increase of SBS dosage. The adhesion strength was positively correlated with complex modulus and rotational viscosity at 135 ℃ while the healing index showed negatively correlation with them. There existed a significant positive correlation between adhesion strength and the water stability index of SMA-13 asphalt mixture prepared by SBS-modified asphalt,which indicated that the BBS test could be used to accurately evaluate and predict the water stability of asphalt mixture.
