预养条件对轻烧MgO在水泥浆体中干燥收缩的影响

    摘要:以悬浮窑工业化生产的轻烧MgO为对象,研究了不同预先湿养护方案对轻烧MgO在水泥浆体干燥收缩的影响。结果表明:预先标养7 d、14后再干燥养护180 d时,外掺5%轻烧MgO净浆试件的减缩率分别为26.5%、28.0%;预先水养7 d、14 d后再干燥养护180 d时,外掺5%轻烧MgO净浆试件的减缩率分别为30.5%、32.8%。预先湿养护有利于减小水泥浆体后期的干燥收缩,其中外掺轻烧MgO的水泥浆体后期干燥收缩减少幅度更大;预先湿养护龄期延长,外掺轻烧MgO对水泥浆体后期的干燥收缩抑制作用越显著,与预先标准养护相比,早期充分的饱水预养护对轻烧MgO在水泥浆体中干燥收缩补偿效果的发挥更有利。

Effect of pre-curing condition on the drying shrinkage of cement paste containing light burned magnesia

    Abstract:This paper uses light burned magnesia industrially produced by suspension kiln as the research object,systematically studies the influence on the dry shrinkage of cement paste containing light burned magnesia in different pre-wet curing schemes. Experimental results shows that:When pre-standard curing for 7 d or 14 d and then drying curing for 180 d,the reduction rate of cement paste containing light burned magnesia was 26.5% and 28.0% respectively;When pre-water curing for 7 d or 14 d and then drying curing for 180 d,the reduction rate of cement paste containing light burned magnesia was 30.5% and 32.8% respectively. Pre-wet curing can significantly reduce the drying shrinkage of cement paste,however,the reduction on drying shrinkage of cement paste containing light burned magnesia is even greater. When the age of wet curing increases,light burned magnesia has better compensating effect on drying shrinkage of cement pastes. Compared to pre-standard curing,light burned magnesia has better compensating effect on drying shrinkage of cement pastes pre-cured in pre-water.
