碱激发镁渣胶凝材料的制备与性能研究

    摘要:以镁渣为原材料制备了碱激发镁渣-偏高岭土胶凝材料(AMMC),研究了m(镁渣)∶m(偏高岭土)、水玻璃模数、碱含量对AMMC抗压强度、干燥收缩性能的影响,并通过XRD、SEM对胶凝材料的微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:当m(镁渣)∶m(偏高岭土)=80∶20,水玻璃模数为1.5,碱含量为6%时,制备的AMMC抗压强度符合P·O42.5水泥强度等级的要求,并且AMMC的90 d干燥收缩不超过0.049%。微观分析发现,在碱激发过程中镁渣和偏高岭土发生了Si—O键和Al—O键断裂、溶解以及再聚合反应,制备的AMMC的水化产物主要为C-S-H凝胶和碳酸钙。

Preparation and properties of alkali-activated magnesium slag cementitious material

    Abstract:In this paper,magnesium slag was used as raw material to prepare alkali-activated magnesium slag-metakaolin cementitious material(AMMC),and the effects of magnesium slag/metakaolin,water glass modulus and alkali content on AMMC compressive strength and drying shrinkage properties were investigated. Finally,the microstructure of the cemented material was analyzed by XRD and SEM. The results show that when the magnesium slag/metakaolin is 80/20,the water glass modulus is 1.5 and the alkali content is 6%,the prepared AMMC compressive strength can meet the P·O42.5 cement strength standard and the 90 d drying shrinkage of AMMC does not exceed 0.049%. In addition,through microscopic analysis,it was found that during the alkali excitation process,Si—O bond and Al—O bond fracture,dissolution and repolymerization occurred in the magnesium slag and metakaolin. The hydration product of the prepared AMMC is mainly C-S-H gel and calcium carbonate.
