泡沫混凝土叠合墙板抗冲击性能试验研究

    摘要:开展了不同配筋的泡沫-细石混凝土叠合墙板在2种材质受冲击面下的抗冲击性能试验,分析了试件的破坏形态、裂缝发展状况、最大裂缝宽度-累积荷载关系曲线,以及计算最大裂缝宽度限值时的冲击力,得出配筋直径和受冲击面材质对泡沫混凝土叠合墙板抗冲击性能的影响。结果表明:受冲击面材质为泡沫混凝土时,由于板底细石混凝土强度、刚度较大,冲击过程中破坏程度小,表现出较优的抗冲击性能,但较大直径的墙板受冲击面为细石混凝土时具有更好的延性。随着配筋直径的增大,叠合墙板弯曲刚度有所提高,抗冲击性能得到明显改善。

Experimental study on impact resistance of foam concrete superimposed wallboard

    Abstract:An experimental study on the impact resistance of foam-fine stone concrete superimposed wallboard with different reinforcements under two types of impact surfaces was carried out. Through the analysis of failure shape,crack development status and the maximum crack width and the cumulative load curve of the specimen,combined with the impact force when calculating the maximum crack width limit,the influence of the diameter of the reinforcement and the material of the impact surface on the impact resistance of the foam concrete laminated wallboard was studied. The results show that when the impact surface is made of foam concrete,due to the greater strength and rigidity of the fine stone concrete at the bottom of the wallboard,the degree of failure during the impact is small,showing better impact resistance. However,the wallboard with larger diameter has better ductility when the impact surface is fine stone concrete. The increase in the diameter of the reinforcement in the board increases the bending rigidity of the superimposed wallboard and obviously improves its impact resistance.
