砌体结构后锚固锚栓吊挂承载力试验研究

    摘要:由于锚栓固定的建筑装饰材料或设备的荷载往往与锚栓轴线垂直而成吊挂状态,其受力模式与锚栓的轴向拉拔具有明显的区别。通过对不同锚固深度与锚固位置的锚栓进行吊挂试验,指出了后锚固锚栓由于锚固深度的不同,主要存在3种失效模式;分析了吊挂承载力随锚固深度与锚固位置的变化趋势,并给出了其统计拟合公式及合理的锚深建议;通过与拉拔试验数据对比,给出二者比例系数,为借鉴拉拔数据预估吊挂承载力提供了参考。

Experimental study on the bearing capacity of post anchor bolt hanging of masonry structure

    Abstract:Because the load of building decoration material or equipment fixed by anchor bolt is usually perpendicular to the axis of anchor bolt and becomes hanging state,its stress mode is obviously different from the axial drawing of anchor bolt. This paper points out that there are three kinds of failure modes of the rear anchor bolt because of the different anchorage depth through the hanging test of the anchor bolt with different anchorage depth and position,analyzes the change trend of the hanging bearing capacity with the anchorage depth and anchorage position,and gives its statistical fitting formula and reasonable anchorage depth,and gives the ratio coefficient of the two through the comparison with the pull-out test data. The drawing data can be used as a reference for the prediction of the hanging capacity.
