稳泡剂对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土性能影响的研究

    摘要:用纤维素醚和糯米浆作为稳泡剂对碱矿渣泡沫混凝土进行改性,用孔结构和比强度等指标探讨其改性的效果。结果表明:分别掺入0.3%纤维素醚和0.4%糯米浆时,其最可几孔径均为0.5 mm,明显小于对照样,且孔径分布均匀,圆度提高;掺纤维素醚的泡沫混凝土,其抗压强度和比强度较对照样最高分别提高25%和20%;掺糯米浆的泡沫混凝土,其抗压强度和比强度较对照样最高分别提高43%和46%。所制备的泡沫混凝土符合预期设计的密度等级为A06、强度等级为FC5的要求。

Effect of foam stabilizer on properties of alkali activated slag foam concrete

    Abstract:The foaming concrete of alkali activated slag was modified by cellulose ether and glutinous rice foam stabilizer. The effect of modification was discussed by means of pore structure and specific strength. Results show that when adding 0.3% cellulose ether and 0.4% glutinous rice pulp,the most probable pore diameter was 0.5 mm,which was obviously lower than that of the reference sample,and the pore size distribution was uniform and the roundness was improved. The compressive strength and specific strength of foam concrete incorporated with cellulose ether gained 25% and 20% maximum,respectively,and those of concrete added with glutinous rice pulp gained 43% and 46% maximum,respectively. The foam concrete conformed to the expected design density grade A06 and strength grade FC5.
