轻质水泥基多孔材料的制备及基本性能研究

    摘要:研究了水胶比、成型温度、双氧水掺量及矿物掺合料粉煤灰、硅灰种类和掺量对水泥基多孔材料物理力学性能和耐久性能的影响。试验结果表明,在水胶比为0.55~0.60、成型温度为45~50 ℃、双氧水掺量为5.0~5.5%时,制备的水泥基多孔材料性能最佳;在密度为250 kg/m3时,抗压强度为0.70 MPa、抗拉强度为0.15 MPa、吸水率为13.18%。单掺时粉煤灰和硅灰的最佳掺量分别为15%和3%;相同掺量时掺加硅灰具有较好的力学性能,而掺加粉煤灰具有较好的耐久性。

Study on preparation and basic properties of lightweight cement-based porous materials

    Abstract:The effects of water-binder ratio,molding temperature,hydrogen peroxide content and mineral admixture(fly ash,silica fume) and content on the physical properties,mechanical properties and durability of cement-based porous materials were studied systematically. It is determined that the properties of cement-based porous materials are the best when the water-binder ratio is 0.55~0.60,the molding temperature is 45~50 ℃,and the content of hydrogen peroxide is 5.0%~5.5%. When the density is 250 kg/m3,it can reach compressive strength 0.70 MPa,tensile strength 0.15 MPa and water absorption 13.18%. The results show that the optimum content of fly ash and silica fume is 15% and 3% respectively. The addition of silica fume with the same content has better mechanical properties,while the addition of fly ash has better durability.
