保温结构一体化技术在夏热冬冷地区的应用研究

    摘要:保温结构一体化技术可以做到与主体结构同寿命,从根本上解决保温层脱落问题及降低维护成本。结合复合剪力墙的热工性能和力学性能研究成果,对比分析其它外墙保温技术,进一步分析了保温结构一体化技术的适用性和经济性,认为保温结构一体化技术是安全、适用、经济的外墙保温技术。采用保温结构一体化技术,非承重围护墙非砌筑和围护墙体与保温隔热一体化比例均大于80%,有利于在浙江省推广装配式建筑建设。

Research on the application of integrated technology of thermal insulation structure in hot summer and cold winter regions

    Abstract:The integrated technology of thermal insulation structure can achieve the same life as the main structure, fundamentally solve the problem of insulation layer shedding and reduce maintenance cost. Combining the research results of thermal and mechanical properties of composite shear walls,a comparative analysis of other external wall insulation technologies, further analyze the applicability and economy of the integrated technology of thermal insulation structure,it is found out that the integrated technology of insulation structure is safe,applicable and economical. When using the integrated technology of thermal insulation structure,the ratio of non-masonry of non-load-bearing retaining walls and the integration of retaining walls and thermal insulation are both greater than 80%,which is conducive to the promotion of prefabricated building construction in Zhejiang Province.
