高渗透桥面防水粘结层材料性能研究

    摘要:基于相似相容原理制备了多种高渗透桥面防水粘结层材料,对比研究了附着强度、不透水性、耐热性等参数,确定70#石油沥青中掺加4%SBR和2%增粘剂作为最佳防水粘结层材料。试验研究了SBR改性沥青、环氧沥青和最佳防水粘结层材料的路用性能、施工损伤性能,确定了最佳用量,分析了冻融、界面处理以及温度等对试件强度的影响。结果表明:常温下最佳防水粘结层材料的拉拔强度及抗剪强度均优于其它2种材料,同时冻融后残留强度最高;增加桥面构造深度有利于提高拉拔强度和抗剪强度。

Study on material performance of high-permeability bridge deck waterproof adhesive layer

    Abstract:Based on the similar compatibility principle,a variety of high permeability bridge deck waterproof bonding layer materials were prepared. The adhesion strength,impermeability,heat resistance and other parameters were compared,and the mass ratio of 4%SBR + 2% tackifier was determined as the best waterproof bonding layer material. Then, the road performance and construction damage performance of SBR modified asphalt,epoxy asphalt and 4%SBR+2% tackifier waterproof adhesive materials are tested and studied. The optimal dosage is determined. The influence of freeze-thaw,interface treatment and temperature on the strength of specimens is analyzed. The results show that the pull-out strength and shear strength of 4%SBR+2% tackifier waterproof adhesive material are better than the other two materials at room temperature,and the residual strength after freeze-thaw is the highest;increasing the depth of bridge deck structure is conducive to the improvement of drawing strength and shear strength.
