混凝土模拟孔隙液中咪唑啉衍生物的钢筋阻锈性能与机制

    摘要:采用2-正庚基-1-胺乙氧基咪唑啉季铵盐(HIS)和2-十一烷基-1-胺乙氧基咪唑啉季铵盐(UIS)2种咪唑啉衍生物,通过线性极化(LPR),电化学阻抗谱(EIS)以及扫描电子显微镜(SEM)研究其在混凝土模拟孔隙液中的阻锈效果。实验结果表明,在混凝土模拟溶液中掺量为0.05~0.40 mmol/L时,2种咪唑啉衍生物对HRB400钢筋均具有良好的阻锈效果,且UIS优于HIS的阻锈效果。

Anti-corrosion performance and mechanism of imidazoline derivatives in simulated concrete pore solution

    Abstract:Using 2-n-heptanyl-1-aminoethoxyimidazoline quaternary ammonium salt(HIS) and 2-undecyl-1-aminoethoxyimidazoline quaternary ammonium salt(UIS) to study its anti-corrosion effect in the simulated concrete pore solution by liner polarization resistance(LPR),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The experimental results show that when 0.05~0.40 mmol/L is added to the simulated concrete pore solution,the two imidazoline derivatives have good anti-corrosion effects on HRB400 steel bars,and UIS has better anti-corrosion effect than HIS.
