内掺硅烷对混凝土性能的影响研究

    摘要:以非洲加蓬PO项目为依托,旨在提高项目混凝土的耐久性,通过混凝土抗压强度、毛细吸水、碳化和RCM抗氯离子渗透等试验,研究了掺加硅烷对混凝土性能的影响,并与在混凝土表面涂覆硅烷进行了对比。结果表明:掺加硅烷减缓了混凝土中的水泥水化速率,削弱了骨料和胶凝材料的界面过渡区;随着硅烷掺量的增加,混凝土的抗压强度逐渐降低,毛细吸水系数、碳化深度、抗氯离子渗透系数逐渐减小,硅烷的掺加提高了混凝土耐久性;硅烷掺量为0.9%时,C30混凝土的毛细吸水系数为64 g/(m2·h1/2)、碳化深度为3.4 mm、抗氯离子渗透系数为3.05×10-12 m2/s,与涂覆2层硅烷的C30混凝土相近。

Study on the influence of silane on concrete performance

    Abstract:Based on the PO project in Gabon,Africa,in order to improve the durability of concrete,the effects of silane on the properties of concrete were studied through compressive strength,capillary water absorption,carbonization and RCM chloride ion penetration resistance tests,and it is compared with concrete coating silane on the surface. The results showed that the addition of silane slowed down the hydration rate of cement in concrete and weakened the interface transition zone between aggregate and cementitious material. With the increase of silane content,the compressive strength of concrete decreases gradually,the capillary water absorption coefficient of concrete,the carbonation depth of concrete,and the chloride ion permeability coefficient decrease gradually. The capillary water absorption coefficient,carbonation depth and chloride ion permeability coefficient of C30 concrete with 0.9% silane content were 64 g/(m2·h1/2),3.4 mm,3.05×10-12 m2/s,respectively,which are similar to those of C30 concrete with two layers of silane coating.
