矿物掺合料对赤泥陶粒轻骨料混凝土性能的影响

    摘要:研究了粉煤灰、矿粉和硅灰等矿物掺合料的掺入对轻骨料混凝土坍落扩展度、45 min坍落度经时损失、分层度和抗压强度等性能的影响。结果表明:粉煤灰取代率为15%时,混凝土的分层度较未掺粉煤灰的减小了29.0%,坍落扩展度增大了7.6%,45 min坍落度经时损失减小了25.0%,28 d抗压强度提高了5.3%;硅灰取代率为10%时,混凝土的分层度较未掺硅灰的减小了40.7%,坍落扩展度减小了10.1%,45 min坍落度经时损失增大了37.5%,28 d抗压强度提高了15.2%;而矿粉导致轻骨料混凝土的均质性进一步恶化。总体来看,适宜掺量的粉煤灰和硅灰对轻骨料混凝土均质性的改善效果较好,且粉煤灰能够提高轻骨料混凝土的流动性,硅灰对提高轻骨料混凝土的强度效果显著。

Influence of mineral admixtures on properties of red mud ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete

    Abstract:The effects of fly ash,ore powder and silica fume on slump extension,slump time loss,layered degrees and compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete were researched. The results showed that the layered degree of concrete was smaller and the homogeneity was better when the replacement rate of fly ash was 15%. Compared with the concrete without fly ash,the layering degree of concrete was lowered about 29.0%,the slump expansion degree increased by 7.6%,the slump time loss of 45 min decreased by 25.0%,and the compressive strength of 28 d increased by 5.3%. When the silica fume replacement rate was 10%,the concrete has a smaller layering degree and better homogenization. Compared with the concrete without silica fume,the layering degree of concrete was reduced by 40.7%,the slump extension was reduced by 10.1%,the slump time loss in 45 min was increased by 37.5%,and the compressive strength of 28 d was increased by 15.2%. The homogenization of lightweight aggregate concrete was further aggravated by ore powder. In general,the appropriate amount of fly ash and silica fume has a better effect on improving the homogeneity of lightweight aggregate concrete,and fly ash can increase the fluidity of lightweight aggregate concrete. The effect of silica fume on improving the compressive strength of lightweight aggregate concrete is remarkable.
