蓖麻油基聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究

    摘要:以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)、蓖麻油(C.O)、反丁烯二酸(FA)为单体,巯基乙酸(TGA)为链转移剂,过氧化氢(H2O2)和抗坏血酸(Vc)氧化还原体系为引发剂,在常温下通过自由基聚合反应制得新型高性能聚羧酸减水剂。试验结果表明:在聚羧酸减水剂分子主链上嫁接蓖麻油分子基团可以提高减水剂的分散性和分散保持性;其最佳合成工艺为:n(TPEG)∶n(C.O)∶n(FA)∶n(H2O2)∶n(Vc)∶n(TGA)=1∶0.43∶2.48∶0.4∶0.023∶0.16,反应温度25 ℃,TGA和Vc混合水溶液滴加速率为0.3 ml/min。红外光谱分析结果表明,C.O已成功接枝到聚羧酸减水剂分子中。

Study on synthesis and properties of castor oil-based polycarboxylate superplasticizer

    Abstract:Using methyl allyl polyoxyether(TPEG),castor oil(C.O),fumaric acid(FA) as monomer,thioglycolic acid(TGA) as chain transfer agent,hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) and ascorbic acid(Vc) redox system as initiator,high performance polycarboxylate superplasticizer was synthesized by solution free radical polymerization at room temperature. The optimum polymerization conditions were as follows:the reaction temperature is 25 ℃,the dripping rate of aqueous solution of TGA and Vc is 0.3 ml/min,the molar ratio of reactants is n(TPEG)∶n(C.O)∶n(FA)∶n(H2O2)∶n(Vc)∶n(TGA)=1∶0.43∶2.48∶0.4∶0.023∶0.16. FTIR results showed that the castor oil group has been introduced into the structure of the prepared superplasticizer.
